Great 3D graphics, fun game play (if not an original idea), a good little catapult game. The sort of thing that you come to expect from Gamezhero.

I would have liked it if there was maybe a choice of different projectile. One that is on fire for example or maybe a lighting one that would have different effects on certain blocks or enemies. Another little niggle is that I had to fire lots of shots off into the distance after completing the game to get the Gunfighter medal.

Not really much to point out for improvement here.
Keep'em coming Gamezhero.

After five minutes I have a high score of four and I think that is were me and this game part ways. As with all of the games you have released they have a whiff of good idea but then they are executed so badly with crappy music, bad level design and in this case a background that will make your eyes bleed. I think you need to take your time polishing your games before you jump to releasing them for example on this game you lose if the ball leaves the screen, this is a bad idea for letting people get that twenty streak medal but if you remove it the game would be too easy. How do you get around this. Maybe another feature?

I think it's possible that you could produce a great game but at the moment they're coming across rushed and amateurish. Take more care.

That´s because im an amateur.
Please take note that all of this was made in more than an hour, everything, including music, the idea (that goes to game design), graphics and sfx.
I believe i can produce better stuff but with ONE HOUR of work, sorry this is the best i can.

A nice runner. I particularly like the graphic style of this game although I think the typography could have been better, it looks like a bit of an after thought. Maybe something a little more simple like a one tone, minimalist type.

I also think that the game itself might be too much on the hard side but maybe if I keep at it I'll get some of the medals. I might have put the medals at lower milestones, easy medals sell games around here.

All in all a nice little game.

I like the graphic of the falling blocks in the background of the main menu but it felt like the buttons weren't layed out well and ruined what could have been a great start up. Personally, I would have had all the buttons along one side with maybe settings in the centered at the bottom and all just in one colour.

The game play itself didn't seem like anything special and in the anagram version I got bored very quickly. I feel that this is all down to the game being quite boring visually. The game itself is okay but it completely blends in with the other word games out there. Something was needed to make it more unique.

I can't fault the programming though. Just need that little something to make it stand out.

A good defense game with lots of thought gone into the details such as being able to have three file saves at any one time, options to pick a new unit at the ends of levels and a fitting, if slightly Cliché soundtrack. The best aspect of the game in my opinion is the visuals, a charming, medieval cartoon style that's only let down by the speech bubbles which are futuristic feeling and doesn't fit with the rest of the graphics.

My major concern for the game is that after only a few levels I was starting to get bored. I believe this could be mended with a simple fast forward button as I was finding myself just sat waiting for the majority of my gameplay, it needs an increase in speed.

Really, there are a large number of pluses to this game; Upgrades, plentiful and great, NG medals, could do with more but always good to have some and it's visually appealing. It's almost like it wasn't beta tested enough for somebody to notice that it desperately needs that fast forward button, it's just too slow paced to have kept my interest.

Too much time spent on the little extras that a big mistake got through.

An interesting game. The graphics have a simple, classic, platform feel that lends itself to the genre and it's one of the better of this style from my experience. Additional little touches to the game such as the hidden artifacts and the NG medals help towards extended gameplay and make the minutes (maybe even hours) fly by.

Having said that there are a few minor issues that I noted. The main annoyance was the fact that the crawling, blue enemies seem to be able to kill you from an unfair distance. They attack the air near the character and he just falls, dead. This irritation came to a head on level 11 when the character has to jump over one of these enemies in a trench. The range of these critters should be reduced by just a pinch.

All things considered this is a great, little, platform game to pass some time over the Halloween period. Well worth the time spent.

Thanks for the detailed feedback!
Surely, you can jump over the blue monster, but it's not most simple way. Just try use a dynamite. You could even complete this level and not kill the enemies.

Not a bad game, a good concept and that was enough to keep me playing for a while. The graphics used are all rather charming in their simple, cartoon-like style and in my opinion the audio wasn't terrible thought I was reaching for a mute button after a few minutes, maybe tone down the default volume.

The controls seemed a little too sensitive and there were a few things that have been overlooked in the programing of this game, a menu button going from in game for example. Maybe playing the game or getting it beta tested and then going back and sorting some of these little things out pre release would have been a good idea.

Learn from the little mistakes of this game and I'm sure your next will be much better.

A very interesting game, I liked the styling in particular. It's a little hard for me to review as the only thing I can think to improve it would be to add more content but as it stats in the author comment that this was "a small game" it wouldn't be fair to mark it down for that, really. So I won't.

The music used for the background was a good choice as it lent the game a tranquil feel, even when you kept dying at the same point over and over.

I'm not quite sure what to say about this game, on one hand it's completely exceptable for what it is and the opnly real change I would make to it is to have the hearts disappear as an option so that some could be taken away.

The main problem with this game though is that it's just too small, and I know that you are talented at creating mini games so why you didn't do a collections of different mini games with a valentine theme I don't know. Maybe this was a last minute "I wanna do something for valentines day" thing but it really feels like a part of something.

In Short - Good for what it is, needed more content.

Cyberdevil responds:

Ah, that's a good idea, will keep it in mind for the future! Your right, this was kind of a last minute creation for Valentine, which I think I managed in a day. Guess I should start preparing for next year and make something really flashy then. :) Thanks for the review!

The first thing that I thought of was that it was a very strange idea for a flash game but to be honest it kinda works. I mean, I would have liked to have seen some kind of visual aspect. I know it's called BLIND Man's Simon but that doesn't mean the screen has to be completely black, just that you are blind from the game. A visual could have made it more distracting that there for harder, I personally would have animated a small number of looping scenes e.g. a busy restaurant or a park. Just for something to be there.

It was a good choice tou use two different voices though I gather from previous reviews that this was not always the case. The Microsoft Women is hard to understand at the best of times let alone when you're on a double figures streak at Simon.

All in all not a bad game it's just I can't see it standing out of winning awards anytime soon.

Kwing responds:

Thanks, glad you liked it. There are actually three voices, though. :P

Of course, if I put in visuals it would defeat the purpose.

Graphic designer for hire. If you want something designing give me a PM and I'll get back to you.
